I'm Gabriel Morais — an independent strategic advisor with 12+ years working inside the operational reality of B2B tech companies. My career has spanned roles at Deloitte and Odoo, and I've since built a practice focused on the intersection of growth strategy, AI transformation, and international expansion.

That background means I understand how decisions actually get made, where growth gets stuck, and what it really takes to move an organisation forward. I'm a certified Miro Meetups Ambassador in Spain and a board member of a tech group — which keeps me close to both the strategic and operational sides of business.

I believe lasting companies are built with long-term resilience in mind — integrating people, processes and technology while remaining conscious of the impact they have on the environment and society.
